How It Works
As Easy as 1, 2, 3!
1 – USE LIGHT BOX SYSTEM
After purchasing a light box system, simply lay your tools on top of the lighted grid just as you would want to see them in your tool box. No need to photograph each tool individually. One photo is all you need!
2 – SUBMIT PHOTOS
Pictures can be sent to Plastic Engineering by email or by using our secure FTP site. After that your job is done! Our design engineers will work with you to add features like finger-holes, labeling, handles, and other customization’s as your needs vary!
3 – PRODUCTION
Finally after the file has been converted, it will be uploaded to a CNC router or laser to produce your tool tray. Each file is retained in our database to make future modifications and re-orders as simple as possible.

Our foam is cut on 1 of our 3 CNC routers or CO2 lasers, depending on your specific requirements. This material is a great option when you need a snug fit, or to protect delicate or calibrated items. Pair this soft foam with an SKB case to make a fully customized & kitted solution.
